If you connected a Page with Facebook Login

  1. Open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find Social Commerce AI Sales Agent, choose Remove, and tick the option to delete your data.

Facebook then tells us, and we immediately disconnect every Page and Instagram account you connected, erase their access tokens, and delete the conversations received through them. Facebook shows you a confirmation code; this page shows it too.

Anything else

To delete a whole store, or if you are a shop's customer and want your messages deleted, email us from the address you want us to reply to, naming the shop and the Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account concerned.
